How can I download the meditations?

With your Meditation Moments Premium account, you may download meditations, music, and programs, so you can listen to them offline. 

The downloaded content will be saved within the Meditation Moments app itself, it cannot be stored on external memory or storage, such as an SD-card. 

Downloading - step by step (Android and iOS):

• Open the meditation, music, or program you would like to listen to
• Click on the arrow (see picture) at the top right side of the screen
• Choose the correct variation of the meditation, music, or program by clicking on the arrow on the right side. 
• The download will start automatically; you will see a tick when the download has succeeded
