I cannot log in anymore, what can I do?
To log in to the Meditation Moments app with your smartphone or tablet, or to access your account on the website, you need to enter your email address. This is the email address you used to create your (Premium) subscription.
Did you log in with the wrong email address? Then just log out and log in again, now using the correct email address. In case this does not work, we suggest:
- Removing the Meditation Moments app
- Restarting your device
- Reinstalling the Meditation Moments app
- Log in with your email address. Now you should be able again to access your account.
