How can I cancel my subscription?

In this article, we will explain how you can cancel your Meditation Moments Premium subscription.

In case you have a free subscription, you can check out this article on how to delete your account. Or simply send us an email, and we will take care of removing your details from our database.

Website

Did you purchase your Meditation Moments Premium membership on our website? You can follow these simple steps to cancel:

1. Go to your Meditation Moments account. (https://account.meditationmoments.com)
2. Please log in with the email address you used when signing up for your Meditation Moments Premium account.
3. Click on "membership" and proceed to cancel your subscription.

You will still have full access to your Meditation Moments Premium until the end of your billing period; no automatic renewal will take place and no further costs will be charged. 

Important: When you only uninstall the app, your subscription won't be cancelled.

In-app purchase via Google Play Store or App Store

If you purchased your Meditation Moments Premium subscription through iOS or Android, we kindly advise you to cancel it in the respective store (App Store or Google Play Store) by following the steps below.

App Store (iOS/Apple)

Did you purchase Meditation Moments through iOS and the App Store? Then you can cancel your subscription by following these steps:

1. Go to 'Settings' on your phone
2. Tap on your name
3. Select 'Subscriptions'
4. Choose 'Meditation Moments' subscription
5. Tap on 'Cancel subscription'. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.

If you are using iOS version 12.1.3 or earlier, please follow these steps:

1. Open "Settings" on your device
2. Scroll to  "iTunes Store and App Store"
3. Tap on your Apple ID 
4. Select "Show Apple ID" (you may need to sign in to Apple)
5. Tap "Subscriptions"
6. Select "Meditation Moments"
7. Tap "Cancel". 

Your access to Meditation Moments Premium will continue until the end of the billing period, and it will not renew afterwards.

Google Play Store (Android)

Did you purchase Meditation Moments through the Google Play Store? Then please follow the steps below to cancel your subscription.

1. Open the Google Play app. 
2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
3. Tap "Payments & subscriptions"
4. Tap "Subscriptions"
5. Select "Meditation Moments" 
6. Tap "Cancel subscription"
7. Follow the further instructions.

You will have full access to your Meditation Moments Premium until the end of your billing period, and it will not be renewed afterwards.
