How to restore in-app purchases

If you upgraded or deleted the Meditation Moments App, or if you experience download problems after purchase, do not worry. Your purchases are guaranteed.

It is important to note that Apple and Google do not charge twice for in-app purchases. As long as you use the same user name as the original purchase.


iOS: Restore your purchase

  1. Navigate to Profile in the Meditation Moments app
  2. Tap 'Settings' on your device
  3. Tap 'Restore purchase'

Now you should have access to all Premium content. Is it still not working? Then we recommend logging out and in.


Android: Restore your purchase

  1. Go to the Google Play Store
  2. Go to the ◦◦◦ Menu.
  3. Select your Username.
  4. Select the Sign Out option.
  5. Select Sign in or create an account.
  6. From the list of options select Restore purchase.
  7. This should automatically sign you into the account which is attached to the subscription.

Now you should be able to have access to the Premium version again.
