How to restore in-app purchases
If you upgraded or deleted the Meditation Moments App, or if you experience download problems after purchase, do not worry. Your purchases are guaranteed.
It is important to note that Apple and Google do not charge twice for in-app purchases. As long as you use the same user name of the original purchase.
To restore purchases on the Apple platform
- First of all, delete the app from your device
- Tap 'Settings' on your device
- Navigate to iTunes & App Store
- Tap 'User' and log out
- Log in with the same Apple ID that was used when originally purchased
- Download the app again, tap 'Options menu' and choose 'Restore purchases'
- Confirm your password if necessary
- Get back to the main screen and tap icons to download the content
To restore purchases on Android
- First of all, delete the app from your device
- Tap 'Settings' on your device
- Log in with your email (same used during your purchase)
- Download the app and tap Options > Restore purchases
- Confirm your password if necessary
- Get back to the previous screen and tap icons to download the content
